The primary project details will be visible on the details tab of the project, in the tables located under the project breakdown on the project page.
The first table on the project details tab will show you a summary of the total financials associated with the project and the corresponding status of any offset credits.
The total work amount and the total credit amount will pull directly from the financials on the project, while the approved, pending and forecasted credits will be the sum total of each amount pulled directly from each month/year on the credits table. The outstanding credits will show you the total of any credits that have not been set to approved. Outstanding credits are equal to the total amount of credits less the approved credits.
The second table, in the column on the left side of the table, will show you the specific details related to the project. The first field will show you the associated program, if the project has been associated with a program. The total value of POs associated with the project is displayed in the currency associated with the program. The total value of the domestic content for the project is displayed in the currency associated with the program. Any multipliers associated with offset credits and if there is any depreciation associated with the project will also be displayed.
The third area, in the column to the right, will show you a summary of all of the costs, from the costs table, to date that have been input on the project. The ratios to the right of the amounts show costs versus credits so that you can assess the effectiveness of your operational expenditure on credit achievement.
Under the details table, you will be able to view any tasks associated with the project. Tasks that have already been completed will appear in grey and will have a checkmark next to the task.
The under the costs section will display any notes related to the project. Internal notes will display first and are only visible to those in your organization. External notes will display second and are visible to the recipient of the project if the project is shared with them.
