Below the program details when viewing a program are the requirements charts. Each requirement that you have created when setting up your program will be displayed here. Each requirement will have a live, downloadable chart displaying how much of your target has been identified/implemented versus how much is outstanding. These charts can be used in internal and external reporting on your obligations.
By clicking on 'Show approved' under the chart title, the chart will display the total percentage of 'approved' credits versus the total balance. You can compare the total identified credits against the total approved credits for that requirement.
These charts automatically update based on the information that is entered on each project associated with the program. It takes into account the total 'credit' value of each project and how much of the 'fulfilled' requirement that the project accounts for. As these numbers are adjusted on each individual project, you will see the corresponding charts update on the associated program.
