For our buy-side clients, OMX functions as a complete supplier portal, allowing users to identify and track current and prospective suppliers. As a supplier, you can let a company know that you are interested in working with them by responding to their posted questionnaires. This feature lets your potential customer know a little bit about you and gets the conversation started.
To begin, search for a company that you'd like to work with. For instructions on how to search, click here.
Once on your interested company's profile, click the factory icon in the upper right corner. If the company has a questionnaire set up, you will be directed to the questions they are looking to gather from you.
You can fill in your responses and upload any documents. When you are ready to send your response to your potential client, click "Save" in the upper right corner.
When your response is submitted, you will see a green submitted box appear in the upper right corner. Once you see this, you can be assured that your response has been gathered by the company.
